Can I sublease my property?
Subleases may be considered only for land leases, provided that the Sub-Lessor has a building which is completed. Such approval is granted for companies who are legally related.
For companies that are not legally related, Special Subleases may be considered only for land leases, between legally unrelated companies for a temporary period (i.e. one year) provided that the Sub-Lessor is having a building which is completed.
What is a special sublease?
A special sublease can be granted where companies that are not legally related sublease from each other for a temporary period (i.e. one year). This is only an option on land leases where a building has been completed.
How do I special sublease my property?
For special subleases we require the following documents to be submitted:
1. Formal request from the sub-lessor and sub-lessee to sub-let / sub-lease premises.
2. Provide the layout/area of office and warehouse that will be sub-leased.
Do EZW charge fees for subleasing my property?
